One of our most popular services is the Private Chef Experience.

Hire one of our Pro Fresh Chefs for your next event! You and your guests will eat a gourmet meal prepared right in your own kitchen, and enjoy private restaurant quality service, all for a lower price than an upscale restaurant!

Not sure how to celebrate that next intimate birthday, anniversary, or holiday event? Don’t overthink it! Stay home, and My Pro Fresh Chef will come to you! You won’t lift a finger!

Pricing

Our Private Chef Experiences are generally priced between $80-120 total per person.


Confirm your date with a 50% up-front deposit, balance payment is due 48 hours prior to event.

How It Works

Your Private Chef Experience is built from the main course out.

Each menu item is priced per person, and prices vary based on the cost of the food chosen.

You can choose up to two proteins for your main course, and you choose one starch and two vegetables to go accompany the protein.

Then, you can choose to add optional courses:

Unlimited number of appetizers/hors d’oeuvres

We will be sure to prepare enough of each appetizer so that each member of your party can have one…and we’ll have a couple extra as well!

One choice of salad

Our salads are a great, fresh way to start a meal, and the presentation is always Insta-worthy. Not to be missed!

One choice of soup course

Warm up with a hearty Zuppa Toscana, or wow your guests with a silky butternut squash soup to whet your appetite for the main course.

Dessert – either choose one dessert for the party, or we can bring a buffet of dessert choices

Our dessert options change frequently, so your chef will be in touch about what delicious treats are available to cap off your meal.

  • Chicken margarita Crostini with pesto
  • Crispy “rice-tinis” with pan-seared, sweet soy sauce sriracha salmon, topped with sauteed peppers
  • Shrimp shooters with cocktail sauce
  • Tequila Margarita Grilled Shrimp
  • Crab Wontons with a ginger plum sauce
  • Sea scallops topped with a citrus reduction
  • Mini Korean beef belly tacos with spicy sauce
  • Grilled rack of lamb served with chimichurri sauce
  • Charcuterie and cheese board – selection of fresh cheeses and meats, baguette, crackers, jelly and pecans

  • Mixed Greens with a Roasted, Fanned-out Pear with Walnuts and a Maple Vinaigrette

Seafood:

  • Marinated Grilled Salmon with a Citrus Brown Butter Reduction
  • Pan-roasted Salmon with a Dill Cream Sauce
  • Miso Salmon with yakisoba noodles and a sake cream reduction
  • Braised chimichurri seabass with tomato onion relish
  • Miso seabass with sake honey wasabi cream reduction
  • Crispy encrusted halibut with white wine buerre blanc
  • Pan-seared thyme halibut with citrus blood orange brown butter sauce
  • Pan-seared Jumbo Scallops on a bed of wilted spinach and parmesan rice pilaf, drizzled with lemon-parsley sauce

Chicken:

  • Marinated Grilled Chicken with a Lemon Caper Tomato Sauce

  • Pan-fried chicken with a Pancetta Sauce 

Beef:

  • Grilled Ribeye Steaks with a Cowboy Butter Sauce or Port Shallot Sauce
  • Filet Mignon with a Bleu Cheese Bacon Onion Cream Sauce – can be served bacon-wrapped
  • New York Steak with a Brandy Black Peppercorn Sauce 
  • Braised short ribs:
    • Red wine reduction
    • Guinness braised
    • Sweet apple cider vinegar sauce

Pork:

  • Pan-seared pork medallions

Surf & Turf:

  • Any above steak, with lobster tail, lump crab meat or jumbo shrimp ($MP)

Vegetarian:

If you choose to add a bartender, we will bring mixers, ice, and everything else necessary to serve your favorite drinks. The bartender can pour beer and wine, and mix cocktails for your party. 

You may choose 2 signature cocktails for the bartender to make. Choose from the following, or ask us about your custom request!

We rent all necessary plateware, glassware and silverware, if needed.

If furniture or linens are required, inquire at time of booking.
