Our head chef, Isaac, has loved cooking all his life. Interest and experimentation as a kid led to culinary school training, which led to a career in the kitchen. 

Before launching My Pro Fresh Chef, Isaac worked for 15 years in a prominent Southern California catering kitchen and a popular wedding destination. He honed his skills preparing gourmet food of all styles for parties of all sizes, and worked his way up to head chef. 

My Pro Fresh Chef was born from Isaac’s desire to express his culinary philosophy of layering big flavors in his original fusion and American bistro-style recipes, combined with his passion for providing access to chef-quality food to everyone.
